Tip of the day #2

If you are using sauteed onions as a garnish its nice to add a kick of flavour and color. Try adding one or more of these spices-mix & match- : black pepper, cumin, tumric, paprika, salt.
Just a pinch ;-)

Tip of the day #1

Always sautee one kind of nuts at a time, with little or no oil on medium heat.
When you smell its aroma  and gets golden brown then its ready. Dont over do it or else it will taste bitter.
